Conditioning Ka Funda
Kabaddi ke ground pe sirf technique se kaam nahi chalne wala. Dum, taaqat, aur stamina sab kuch chahiye. Humara program design hai ki aap match ke aakhri moment tak thako nahi. "The body achieves what the mind believes" - yahi mantra hai humara.
