Kabaddi Is My Jaan

For me, kabaddi isn’t just a sport, it’s my whole life. Whatever I am, it’s because of this mitti (soil) and the akhada. My only aim? Hero taiyaar karna - making champions, not just players.

Our Way: Mehnat & Mindset

Before fancy moves, I push for discipline and mehnat (hard work). You’ll build mental toughness for kabaddi here - because if your mind is ready, your game will be too. Just bring your 100% effort, jaan laga do, and I’ll handle the rest.

How We Train

  • Both boys and girls, all set to go pro, are welcome.
  • Old-school mud courts for grit, plus kabaddi mat practice sessions so you’re ready for professional leagues.
  • Full fitness gear - tires, cones, everything needed for power and footwork.

Skills We Sharpen

  • Raiders: Dubki (dive), jumps, core scoring skills like hand touch, and escape drills till they’re second nature.
  • Defense: Master the ankle hold, thigh hold, back hold, chain tackles, and the dash - teamwork is everything.

More Than Just Practice

  • Strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and flexibility with physio and yoga support.
  • Mental prep for the pressure of real matches and professional kabaddi league preparation.

We play regular practice matches and jump into events like the Taj Kabaddi League. Roksakotohroklo (Stop me if you can).

My Story

Ram Ram ji! Kabaddi Adda Academy, yahan hum sab ek parivaar hain. Kabaddi humari jaan, mitti ki khushboo, aur jeet ki bhookh – sab kuch yahin milta hai. Delhi ke ladke-ladkiyan, sapne leke aate hain, aur hum milke unhe pro-level tak le jaate hain. Diwali ho ya trophy, sab saath manate hain. Jab apne players ko jeet ke saath dekhte hain, bas wahi asli sukh hai. Baaki sab moh-maya!

Training Ka Apna Style - Real ground pe mehnat, skills par focus—ankle hold, dash, dubki, back hold—jo match mein kaam aaye.

Youth Kabaddi Training Delhi - 10-22 saal ke boys aur girls, morning ya evening batch join kar sakte hain. Sirf khelne ka josh chahiye!

All Rounder Fitness Training - Skill ke saath fitness bhi. Strength, weight loss, personal training—ek all-rounder khiladi banana hi target hai.
