Pro-Level Kabaddi Training for Girls in Delhi
Kabaddi is for everyone with the heart to fight. At Delhi Kabaddi Adda, I train girls to be fearless on the mat, building the strength, skill, and grit needed to compete at the highest levels.
Our female athletes are just as tough and dedicated. This video shows them going through the same rigorous strength and conditioning drills, including piggyback carries and tire jumps, to build match-winning fitness.
About Girls in the Game
You won't find treadmills here—you will find tractor tires, agility ladders, and a mud ground that tests your resolve. My training mimics real match scenarios because Kabaddi is a battle of stamina as much as skill. Whether you are aiming for district trials or just want to master the perfect ankle hold, I push you beyond your limits right here in Shadipur.
Training with Grit, Not Machines
Many gyms focus on aesthetics, but Kabaddi requires a different kind of strength. When you train with me, we focus on functional fitness. We use tractor tire flips to build raw back and shoulder power, and piggyback carries to ensure your core is rock solid during a struggle. This is the kind of conditioning that keeps you standing when the match is on the line.
The 'Girls in the Game' Approach
Kabaddi has no gender; only skill and determination. My goal is to create a space where girls from Delhi can train without hesitation. We focus on:
- Technique Mastery: From the 'dubki' to the 'dash,' we repeat the drills until they are muscle memory.
- Agility & Speed: Using cone drills and ladder work to improve your reaction time on the mat.
- Injury Prevention: We integrate yoga to keep you flexible and provide physio advice to keep you injury-free. This isn't just for show—it is for your career.
Why Train at Shadipur?
We train 6 days a week, rain or shine. This consistency is how champions are made. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the basics or a serious player preparing for league trials, you get the same level of attention. You show the dedication, and I will ensure you have the skills to back it up. If you are serious about Kabaddi, come prepared to sweat.
