Kabaddi is not just a sport for me - it’s my life. I run this residential kabaddi academy for those who have ‘jeetne ki jidd’ (the stubborn will to win). No hobby classes here. If you want to play, play properly, warna ghar baith jao (or else, stay home). I’m strict about discipline and hard work. You do well, you get a ‘Shabash’ (good job). Make a mistake, I’ll tell you straight up.
Training That Builds Fighters
I believe a solid kabaddi player needs power, speed, and a winning mindset. I coach you directly, every single day. Training happens on professional mats and also in the mud - ‘Mitti bahut kuch sikhaundi aa’ (the soil teaches you a lot). We cover all basics and advanced raiding skills, defensive moves, and real-time tactics during practice matches. I’ll personally show you how to master the bonus – after all, I’m called the Bonus Badshah.
Strength, Speed & Focus
Skill is worthless without strength. You’ll work out in our gym, focusing on squats and pull-ups. We use running tracks, agility ladders, and hurdles to sharpen speed. Yoga sessions are also part of the routine, to keep your mind and body flexible.
Kabaddi Athlete Hostel Life
When you join, you live kabaddi. Secure hostel, year-round training in our indoor hall, outdoor mud ground, and gym. We provide athlete meals and protein supplements. Everything you need is here.
The End Goal
Training is tough, but the rewards are big. We prepare you for Pro Kabaddi League selection training, National level, and teams like Railways. If you put in the work, ‘Naam hoga tumhara, izzat hogi tumhari’ (You’ll earn a name, you’ll earn respect). That’s my promise.

Coaching Style - Seedha-saadha coaching—galti pe tokta hu, shabashi bhi deta hu. Technique, timing, position sab detail mein.
Daily Practice & Discipline - Subah-shaam speed and strength drills, hill running for athletes, ice bath recovery. Barish ho ya dhoop, training nahi rukti.
