How We Build Match-Ready Players

At Brigade Cricket Academy, every session starts with fitness. On our big ground at Sanfort World School, we use drills and routines that actually matter on the field.

  • Speed & Agility: We focus on cricket-specific agility drills like ladders, cones, and hurdle training. Fast bowlers get extra attention with dedicated run-up drills to boost speed.
  • Core Strength: Power for those sixes comes from the core. We use bodyweight stuff like duck walks and advanced circuits to make sure your legs and core are solid. Core strength for cricketers isn’t just a buzzword here.
  • Endurance: Batting for hours or bowling long spells needs serious gas. We do high-intensity, multi-station workouts for proper endurance training for cricket matches.
  • Running Between Wickets: We run hard, even in full gear, so you can turn 1s into 2s when it matters.

The Brigade Mentality

We believe in mehnat (hard work) and never giving up. Even if it’s raining, you’ll see us out there. We train for mental toughness in cricket fitness, not just to play but to perform when stuff gets tough. No off days, no excuses.

My Story

Hum Brigade Cricket Academy mein sirf cricket nahi, ek parivaar banate hain. Mere liye cricket ek tapasya hai, aur main guru ki tarah khud karke dikhata hoon. Sapna hai ki bachhe itne mazboot ho jayein ki kisi dalaal ki zarurat hi na pade. Chhota ho ya bada, sabke andar ek junoon hai - hospital se direct ground pe aa jana, bas cricket khelna hai! Hum process pe focus karte hain, haar-jeet se zyada. Test matches, Holi ki masti, baarish ke baad dispression - sab kuch part of journey hai.

My Work

Complete Cricket Training - Group sessions, one-to-one coaching, side-arm cricket training, bowling machine - boys and girls, 5 years onwards.

Cricket Basics Coaching - Technique, stance, footwork, head position - basics pe starting se kaam karte hain, foundation strong banate hain.

Test Match Practice for Kids - Real match experience, regular matches, U-14 ke liye bhi Test matches arrange karte hain. Pressure handle karna sikhate hain.

Cricket Fitness Sessions - Agility drills, sprints, core strength, subeh 4:30 baje se training serious players ke liye.

Individual Cricket Drills - Har player ki weakness alag hoti hai, match ke baad analyze karke khusus drills karte hain.
