This is the core of our conditioning program. We use functional exercises like tire jumps to build explosive lower body strength and jumping ability, essential for any raider looking to clear the defense.
Speed and agility are non-negotiable in Kabaddi. Here, my players work on dash skill practice using cones and tires to improve their footwork, reaction time, and ability to change direction instantly.

I am proud to present some of the players from the Delhi state junior team. My goal is to mentor players and help them reach the highest levels of the sport through disciplined training and dedication.

My approach is simple: I do not just teach you to play; I train you to be an athlete. A standard session at our Shadipur ground goes beyond basic practice. We use a circuit-style method where you jump from agility ladder drills to tire flips without pause. This builds the stamina required to perform when you are exhausted in the final minutes of a match.
