10-Day Intensive Kabaddi Boot Camp
Venue & Schedule
- Location: Open-air "Mitti" (Mud) Ground at Shadipur, DTC Colony.
- Timing: Morning sessions (approx. 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM) for 10 consecutive days.
- Batch: Large cohort training (30-50 students) for a community vibe.
Training Curriculum
- Raiding: Techniques like Dubki, Hand Touch, and Toe Touch.
- Defense: Drills focusing on Ankle Holds, Thigh Holds, and Dashing.
- Fitness: Old-school strength training with tractor tyres and mud sprints.
- Flexibility: Yoga sessions including Vakasana and breath control.
Additional Benefits
- Mentorship: Direct coaching under Surender Singh and Rakesh Thakur.
- Inclusivity: Available for both boys and girls with safe monitoring.
One-Day Tournament Squad Entry
Tournament Structure
- Format: Single-day knockout event starting at 9:00 AM.
- Squad: Covers entry for 7 playing members plus 5 substitutes.
- Categories: Strict weight-limit groups (e.g., Under 58kg) with on-spot verification.
Match Standards
- Officiating: Professional oversight by local referees using standard rules.
- Setup: Lime-marked courts on mud ground with basic first-aid.
- Amenities: Communal water stations provided for players.
Rewards
- Prizes: Cash rewards for top teams (e.g., 1st Prize ~5,100 INR).
- Recognition: Trophies for winners and potential scouting for district teams.

Kabaddi is life for me, and my only mission is to make new heroes from this mitti (soil). I don't just teach how to play - I shape champions with discipline and hard work.
How My Kabaddi Camps Work
- Year-round camps, including a 10-day summer camp, where we start from zero and push for real growth.
- Boys and girls (10-22 years) are welcome, beginner ho ya pro, sabka swagat hai (everyone's welcome).
- We cover raiding, defense, all core kabaddi skills, plus unique kabaddi fitness drills to build stamina and power.
- Strength training, weight loss, and yoga for flexibility and mental focus included.
- Morning sessions (jaise 6:30-9:00 AM) so you get time for studies or work too.
Tournaments: Real Kabaddi Ka Action
- Regular Pro Kabaddi style tournaments with categories like Boys 58kg, Sub-Junior, and Junior - sab ke liye mauka (chance for everyone).
- Strict national-style rules, umpire ka decision final hota hai (umpire's decision is final), and no relaxation on weight categories.
- Local kabaddi league participation - our junior team has actually won a few!
- Safety ka khayal rakhna zaroori hai (Take care of your safety), players are responsible for their injuries.
Agar tum mein hai junoon, toh aa jao - yahan se hi bante hain asli champions. Baaki hum dekh lenge (If you have the passion, come on - real champions are made here. We’ll handle the rest).

My Story
Ram Ram ji! Kabaddi Adda Academy, yahan hum sab ek parivaar hain. Kabaddi humari jaan, mitti ki khushboo, aur jeet ki bhookh – sab kuch yahin milta hai. Delhi ke ladke-ladkiyan, sapne leke aate hain, aur hum milke unhe pro-level tak le jaate hain. Diwali ho ya trophy, sab saath manate hain. Jab apne players ko jeet ke saath dekhte hain, bas wahi asli sukh hai. Baaki sab moh-maya!

Youth Kabaddi Training Delhi - 10-22 saal ke boys aur girls, morning ya evening batch join kar sakte hain. Sirf khelne ka josh chahiye!
All-Rounder Fitness Training - Skill ke saath fitness bhi. Strength, weight loss, personal training—ek all-rounder khiladi banana hi target hai.
