- Double Session Format: Morning (5:00 AM to 8:00 AM) and Evening (4:00 PM to 7:00 PM) rigorous training blocks.
- Hybrid Surfaces: Technical drills on indoor PKL-specification mats and strength building on outdoor mud courts.

- Raiding: Specific drills for Dubki, toe touches, hand touches, and escaping multi-defender chains.
- Defense: Mechanics for thigh holds, ankle holds, dashes, and corner positioning.

At JD Kabaddi Academy, I don’t do time-pass training. This is for those who actually want to play in the big leagues, like PKL or national tournaments. If you have the sapna (dream), and you’re ready for some serious mehnat (hard work), then you’re in the right place.
Why Most Young Players Get Stuck
Most naya (new) players try to show off fancy moves they see on TV, but they miss the basics. Speed without balance gets you nowhere. Pehle base sahi karo (First, fix your basics), then we add all the flashy stuff.
My Approach: Master the Basics, Speed Follows
Everything starts with sahi technique (correct form). Slow first, then faster. Your body balance and posture have to be solid. Once you have that, we can start with advanced Kabaddi raiding drills and professional defense skills.
What We Actually Do Here
- Advanced raiding: Dubki, high jumps, escaping from tough situations
- Defense: Ankle/thigh holds, chain tackles, blocking - all the things needed to control the game
- Fitness: Not joking, it’s army-style. Stamina, power, and strength - mitti mein (in the mud) and on the mat
- Strategy & Kabaddi mental toughness training: We break down real match situations, especially how to handle pressure in the last moments

Here, you’ll train on both mitti (mud) and professional mats. Mitti builds your asli (real) strength, mat gets you ready for actual tournaments.

My Story
Main Jitender Nagar, sab mujhe Guruji bulate hain. JD Kabaddi Academy ki mitti se hi hamare sher nikle hain - Ashu Singh, Manjeet, Ravi Bhati... sab yahin se. Army coach hoon, discipline sabse pehle. Practice se pehle hum ground pooja karte hain, mitti ko salaam - yehi hamara asli coach hai. Khushi hai ki academy ke ladke Senior Nationals aur Pro Kabaddi League tak pahunch rahe hain. Hardik badhai sabko.
My Work
Kabaddi coaching for all levels - Raiding skills, defence drills, physical conditioning - sab kuch sikhate hain, beginners se Pro Kabaddi League tak.
Training on mitti and mats - Mud ground kabaddi coaching bhi hai, mats pe bhi. Intense drills, running, match practice - full package.
Focus on basics and technique - Galati pe kaam karo, technique pehle sahi karo, speed baad mein. Yehi mera funda hai.
Loud training style - Practice mein awaaz zaroori hai - 'laudly sound, ekdum awaaz ke saath tez!' raider ko mentally disturb karne ke liye.
Results and achievements - Hamare khiladi Sub-Junior Nationals se leke Pro Kabaddi League tak select ho rahe hain. Academy ki diwarein achievement posters se bhari hain.
