Master Wall Flips & Advanced Parkour Tricks
I teach complex acrobatics like wall flips and side flips using safe, step-by-step progressions. Whether you are at our Delhi academy or training at home, we focus on technique, spotting, and controlled landings so you can push your limits safely.
The wall flip looks impressive, and it's a skill we build towards safely. Here, I'm spotting a student, using a vertical mat to ensure a soft landing as he learns the rotation.
This student is practicing a Webster, which is a front flip initiated from one leg. It's an agile and stylish move we teach in our advanced classes.
A cheat gainer is a dynamic flip that involves a twisting motion. I provide hands-on support to help the student navigate the complex rotation safely.
The side flip is another core skill in freestyle parkour. I'm spotting this student to help him understand the sideways rotation and land on his feet.
This student is practicing a monkey gainer off the bars, an advanced move that combines strength and acrobatic skill.
Here, students are practicing advanced calisthenics and flips, including a back lever on the rings and a front flip.
A cheat gainer is a great trick for learning to control your body's rotation in the air. We practice these onto soft mats until the movement is perfected.
The corkscrew, or cork, is an advanced flip that involves a 360-degree twist. We break this move down into smaller drills to learn it safely.
This is a creative edit of a backflip, but it shows the kind of dynamic movement we practice. We focus on clean form and safe landings.
This student is practicing a side flip over an obstacle, a common move in parkour and freerunning.
About Wall Flips & Advanced Tricks
The secret to landing a wall flip isn't just about speed, it's about the timing of your takeoff and how you spot the wall. Before we go for the full rotation, I use thick landing mats and constant physical spotting to guide your movement mid-air. You are never alone when trying these tricks; I am there to ensure your rotation is safe and your landing is controlled.
Advanced moves like wall flips, side flips, and gainers can look intimidating, but they are entirely achievable when you break them down. At FlyFlipper Academy, we don't just jump into tricks. We start with conditioning—building the core strength and flexibility you need to generate power.
The Progression
Learning a backflip or a wall flip involves several stages:
- Foundations: We work on precision jumps, rolls, and basic landings to make sure your body is ready for impact.
- Controlled Rotation: We use foam pits and crash mats to practice the rotation without the fear of a hard landing.
- Technical Spotting: This is where I come in. I provide direct physical support during your practice to ensure you understand the mechanics of the flip, correcting your leg placement and arm swing in real-time.
Why Practice with Us
Whether you are visiting our centers in Laxmi Nagar or Yamuna Vihar, or booking a private home session across Delhi, the training philosophy remains the same: safety first. Many students who come to us want to learn how to flip but lack the confidence to try it on concrete. We provide the equipment and the spotting needed to bridge that gap.
We train kids, adults, and even seniors. Age is just a number; it is about consistency. If you can put in the effort, I will make sure you get the technique right. From your first side flip to mastering advanced calisthenics moves on the rings, we keep the training high-energy and focused on real results.
