Front Flips, Vaults & Parkour Training
Master the art of movement safely. From precision jumps to front flips, we break it down step-by-step with hands-on coaching.
Combining skills is key in parkour. Here, a student executes a clean front flip over a box, a classic example of urban obstacle training in a safe gym environment.
Using a mini trampoline or beat board helps students get the necessary height for flips. This student is practicing a jump to build air awareness.
Parkour training for kids includes learning to navigate obstacles. This young student is practicing precision jumps between boxes, a crucial skill for balance and control.
This is a powerful front flip. The student uses a box to launch himself, practicing the tuck and rotation needed for a clean landing on the crash mat.
We teach a variety of forward movements, including the dive roll. This skill is essential for clearing obstacles and landing safely from heights.
The forward roll is one of the first and most important safety techniques we learn. It's used to absorb impact and protect your body when landing.
This student is practicing a handstand variation on a cylindrical obstacle. This drill builds the strength and balance needed for more complex vaults and movements.
Kids in my class learn foundational moves like handstand forward rolls. This helps build upper body strength, coordination, and confidence in being upside down.
This young student is practicing a dive roll over an obstacle. It's a fun and safe way to teach kids how to clear objects and control their bodies.
This student is practicing a front handspring, a dynamic gymnastic move that builds power and coordination. We use incline mats to assist with the rotation.
About Front Flips, Vaults & Jumps
Getting air off a box or landing a front flip is not just about guts, it is about technique. We use specific setups like mini-trampolines, incline mats, and thick landing pads to make sure you are safe while you build the confidence to push harder. You are not just jumping; you are learning how to control your rotation and land with stability to keep your joints protected.
Parkour and freestyle gymnastics are often misunderstood as just 'stunt' work. In reality, it is a systematic way to build functional strength, balance, and body control. At our facility, the approach to Front Flips, Vaults, and Jumps is strictly progression-based. We do not throw you at obstacles until you are ready.
We start with the fundamentals: precision jumps, safety rolls, and vault techniques like the Kong vault. These are the building blocks that teach you how to move safely. Once your balance is solid, we introduce dynamic skills on our warehouse-style floor.
We focus on three main pillars during training:
- Air Awareness: Using beat boards and foam pits allows you to practice rotation without high impact risks.
- Spotting: You will see us providing physical, hands-on assistance during your practice. This guidance helps you correct your form in real-time, which is crucial when learning flips.
- Drill Variation: Whether it is dive rolls over bars, handstand drills, or box jumps for explosive power, we keep the movements diverse to challenge your agility and coordination.
Age is not a barrier here. We have specific training setups for kids to focus on coordination and for adults looking to regain mobility. If you want to learn a back handspring or just get better at climbing, we provide the environment. No fancy equipment is required from your side; just show up with the intent to work and we handle the rest.
