About Parkour & Gymnastics for Kids
Whether your child is learning a simple forward roll or attempting an assisted back handspring, I am right there on the mat spotting them. We don't just tell them what to do; we guide them physically so they learn the correct form, get the technique right, and stay safe while testing their physical limits.
At FlyFlipper Academy, we view movement as a fundamental skill. The goal of our kids' program isn't just to make them fit, but to teach them how to handle their bodies with complete awareness. We start with the basics—safe landings, precision jumps, and rolls—to build that critical foundation for long-term health. Once they develop balance, we introduce obstacle navigation, such as vaulting and parkour drills, which keep them engaged and active.
Safety is the core of our approach. Our studio is equipped with thick crash mats, foam pits, and landing pads to ensure that when a child pushes their limits, they have a safe place to fail and try again. For every new skill, we use hands-on spotting. This is not a passive class where kids just run around; we actively teach technique to ensure they understand the mechanics of every flip and jump. We train kids in group settings in Laxmi Nagar and Yamuna Vihar, where the energy is high, and we also offer private sessions.
Our curriculum covers freestyle gymnastics, calisthenics, and parkour strength work, designed to improve mobility and power. It is about building confidence one rep at a time, ensuring that by the time they learn an advanced move like a back handspring, they have the functional strength to back it up.
