About Additional Training Moments
You will notice that we use thick mats and hands-on spotting in these clips, and that is deliberate. I stay right next to you for every repetition, guiding your body mid-air so you can safely figure out your technique without the fear of injury.
We strip away the complicated theories and focus on what actually works: repetition, safety, and persistence. Whether you are coming to our Laxmi Nagar or Yamuna Vihar studio, or booking a private home session, the training remains consistent. We break every movement—from a simple vault to a complex backflip—into small, manageable steps.
Our Training Approach
- Facility: We use industrial-grade crash mats and foam pits so you can push your limits safely. If you are training at home, we adapt movements to suit your available space.
- Coaching: I am hands-on. If you see me in these videos correcting your form mid-air, it is because I am spotting you to ensure you learn the right muscle memory.
- Progression: Beginners start with the basics like safe landings, rolls, and precision jumps. Once you build the necessary strength and confidence, we move to advanced parkour tricks and tumbling.
- Inclusivity: It does not matter if you are a child or a senior. Fitness is about movement. If you are willing to push, I am willing to teach.
