Our gymnastics classes for kids are all about learning fundamental movements correctly. Here, you can see a coach guiding a young student through a forward roll on a safety mat, ensuring proper form from the very beginning.

Every session is designed to make your child physically stronger and more coordinated, all under the watchful eye of a national-level coach who ensures form is perfect before moving to the next level.
Many parents ask me if their child needs to be flexible to start. The answer is always no. Gymnastics is the path to flexibility and strength, not the reward for having it. In our Timarpur studio, we strip away the intimidation factor. We use agility ladders, plyometric boxes, and fundamental floor drills to build a solid athletic base.
Our program structure is simple: we prioritize technique over flashiness. Whether it is forward rolls, handstands, or balance work, your child learns to control their momentum. Because we keep our student-to-coach ratio tight, usually around 1:12, we can correct form in real-time, preventing bad habits before they set in. It is not just about keeping them busy; it is about developing the kind of physical literacy that helps them in every other sport they might play, from football to athletics.
