Cartwheel training is a favorite at Ninja Kids. This video shows several students at different stages of learning, from assisted practice to confident execution, all on our soft mats.

This video gives a great overview of our gym in action. You'll see kids tackling the climbing wall, swinging on the gymnastics rings, and doing floor exercises, showcasing the variety of strength building activities we offer.

The climbing wall is a fantastic tool for building upper body strength and coordination. Here you can see two boys working their way up the tree themed wall, surrounded by a soft foam pit for safety.

There's always a new way to climb. This angle shows the kids using different holds and techniques to challenge themselves on our indoor climbing wall, a highlight of our kids gym.

I lead by example to motivate the kids. This clip shows me demonstrating push ups and other floor exercises right alongside the children, making fitness a shared and fun experience.

It's all about balancing and stretching. The kids are doing floor exercises to improve their flexibility and core strength, an important foundation for all our fitness activities.

Balance is key. In this photo, the girls are practicing single leg stances, a simple but effective exercise for improving stability and concentration during our strength training sessions.

About Gymnastics & Strength Building

Unlike typical rigid sports classes, our gym sessions use a custom tree-themed climbing wall and foam pit so kids learn to move naturally and fall safely. We focus on building functional strength through activities like cartwheels and ring hangs, ensuring your child develops coordination while having fun instead of just drilling repetitive movements.

In our Kalkaji fitness hub, we believe 'Lakshya ko har haal mein pana hai'—the goal must be achieved—and for our little ones, that goal is healthy, active play. Our strength training isn't about lifting heavy weights; it's about body control and agility. We use monkey bars, gymnastics rings, and specialized balance beams to help children develop core stability and spatial awareness.

  • Safety First: We use high-density 25mm purple EVA mats across our entire floor. When kids are learning cartwheels or perfecting their jumps, they have a soft, shock-absorbing surface.
  • Built for Fun: Our tree-themed wall with resin handholds isn't just decor; it is an active climbing challenge that builds upper body strength and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence Boost: Seeing a child nail a move they struggled with last week is why we do this. Whether it is their first successful pull-up on the rings or balancing on a single leg, we celebrate every small win.

Our classes are designed for children aged 4-10. We move past standard exercise routines and create a circuit-based environment where jumping on trampolines and swinging on ropes feels like a playground adventure.
