About Fun & Safe Gymnastics for Kids
My coaching philosophy is simple: we use manual spotting on every single move so kids feel safe while they push their limits. You will see us using thick crash mats and incline wedges even for basic cartwheels, which means they learn the right technique from day one without the fear of falling.
Building Skills, Not Just Moves
My sessions at Fly Flipper Academy go beyond just flipping around. We focus on 'foundational gymnastics' that helps kids develop body awareness, coordination, and strength that carries over into everything else they do. Whether it is learning how to hold a proper handstand or mastering a forward roll, we break every movement down into bite-sized steps.
Safety Is Our Priority
I know as a parent, safety is your biggest concern. That is why we maintain a high coach-to-student ratio during group classes. We use specialized equipment like octagonal tumblers and 8-inch crash mats to cushion every landing. If a student is trying something new, I or my assistant coach are always right there to provide the support they need.
What We Cover in Class
We mix structure with fun to keep the energy high:
- Mobility & Warm-ups: Joint prep for wrists and ankles is mandatory to prevent injury.
- Floor Basics: From cartwheels and round-offs to bridges and splits.
- Bar & Strength Work: We use resistance bands and bars to build upper body strength, which makes the harder tricks much easier to learn later.
- Confidence Building: Every session ends with a goal achieved, whether it is holding a pose for an extra second or nailing a jump.
We operate out of Laxmi Nagar and Bhajanpura, and I also offer home visits if you prefer the training to come to you. No excuses – just results.
