About Little Champions in Training (Ages 2-10)
We know parents prioritize safety, so our coaches are always right on the mat with the kids, providing hands-on support during every drill. We do not just put children on equipment; we actively guide their movements—straight leg एकदम (completely)—and help them build confidence on the beam, ensuring they learn the correct form from day one while actually having fun.
Our approach for children aged 2-10 is built on the philosophy of movement first. For our toddlers (ages 2-5), we strip away the pressure of rigid drills, focusing instead on play-based sessions that naturally improve coordination and spatial awareness. By using soft obstacle courses and games, we help them learn to listen to their bodies and build physical literacy without feeling like they are in a classroom.
As they transition into our junior courses, we introduce more structure. We start teaching the building blocks—cartwheels, handstands, and vaulting basics—all while keeping the intensity appropriate for their age. We know that a child who enjoys the process is a child who sticks with it.
Everything we do is supported by our specialized environment. We use FIG-approved equipment, which is critical for safety, whether it is our foam pits, balance beams, or specialized trampolines. When a student learns to jump into our foam pit, they are not just having fun; they are learning how to land safely and overcome fear.
Located in Dwarka and Gurugram, our centers are designed to be a second home for our young gymnasts. We are not looking for perfection on day one. We are looking for progress, consistency, and a grin at the end of the routine.
