Yoga is not about perfectly posed photos or twisting into a pretzel. Come move with me—no judgment, just space for you to feel good and reconnect with your body.

Just me being a rebel and finding new ways to stretch. This is a standing side split using a frame for support. It is a deep stretch that really tests your flexibility and is something I work on consistently in my own practice.

Finding new spaces to stretch and breathe wherever I go. This is a full split, or Hanumanasana, with a gentle backbend. It’s a powerful pose that opens up the hips and shows what your body is capable of with practice.

I like my world upside down sometimes. This is a fun little flow moving from Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) into Salabhasana (Locust Pose) variations. It is a great sequence for strengthening the back and improving posture.

Happy Pride. Here is a little headstand flow to celebrate love in all its forms. I am moving from a supported headstand into a wide-legged split, which requires a lot of core control and balance.

Feeling the flow. This is a simple Vinyasa sequence connecting Upward-Facing Dog and Downward-Facing Dog. This kind of mindful movement helps to build heat in the body and connect your breath to each transition.

A different perspective on the split. Here I am in Hanumanasana with my hands in a reverse prayer position, which adds a shoulder-opening element to the deep hip stretch. It’s all about finding new challenges on the mat.

Taking the time to get into a deep hamstring and hip stretch. Being kind to your body means giving it the time it needs to open up. This is a variation of a seated forward bend that I use to release tension after a long day.

Soaking up the sun with a Revolved Triangle Pose, or Parivrtta Trikonasana. This standing twist is great for improving balance and stretching the hamstrings and spine. Plus, a little sunshine always helps.

About My Yoga Practice: Flow & Flexibility

I get it, the hardest part of yoga is often just showing up when you are tired or having a rough week. That is exactly when these sessions matter the most. Whether it is a deep stretch to release a tense back or a mindful flow to wake up your body, we focus on moving to feel alive, not just to hit a pose. My goal is to help you build strength at your own pace.
