Effective Self-Defense Training in Bengaluru
I don't teach movie choreography or flashy tricks that get you hurt. This is real-world training built on MMA, BJJ, and boxing mechanics. If you want to know what actually works under pressure, you are in the right place.
This is the reality check. An attack is not a movie scene. I show you what it really takes to give yourself a fighting chance, focusing on how to handle fear and use technique against a stronger opponent in common assault situations.
Forget the fake self-defense you see on social media. Those tricks will get you hurt. I teach what works under pressure, based on years of professional fighting and coaching experience. This is about real-world safety, not looking cool.
Here, I am working on pad drills with a student, focusing on power and speed. You will learn how to generate force in your punches and kicks, building the muscle memory needed for effective striking in a real self-defense situation.
This is me with one of my top students, Yusra, a multiple-time national MMA and grappling champion. I don't just teach self-defense; I build fighters and champions. Her success is proof that my methods work at the highest level.
I train my own daughter because I believe these skills are essential for every girl. Here we are working on basic boxing combinations. It shows that with the right technique and discipline, anyone can learn to be strong and defend themselves.
Most fights end up on the ground, especially in attacks against women. In this grappling workshop, I am demonstrating takedowns and control positions. Learning to fight on the ground is not optional; it is a critical survival skill.
About Featured
I don't teach movie choreography or 'fake' self-defense. When things get ugly, the only things that survive are simple, pressure-tested mechanics. I focus on adrenaline management and real-world grappling escapes that work whether you are a fighter or a beginner. If you want to know what you are truly capable of when the pressure is on, this is the training ground.
Most self-defense videos you see online are dangerous because they teach you to rely on patterns that don't exist in a real attack. I strip away the fluff. My training at BFC Bodyforce focuses on three pillars: awareness, technique, and survival.
Why My Methods Work
- Awareness: You learn to read a room before a fight even starts. Prevention is the first layer of defense.
- Technique: We use mechanics from MMA, Boxing, and BJJ, but modified for real-world chaos. You aren't learning how to win a point on a scorecard; you are learning how to escape or end an encounter when you have no other choice.
- Survival: This is the part that hurts. We run 'shark tank' drills where you face physical pressure so you don't freeze when the adrenaline spikes.
Who is this for?
Everyone. I train national-level fighters and people who have never thrown a punch in their life. We operate out of Horamavu and Richards Town, Bengaluru. Whether you want to gain genuine confidence or just get fit in a way that actually matters, show up ready to work. This isn't a gym where you pay to feel good; you pay to get better.
