On-Premise Group Workshop (Rakshane Program)
Format & Staffing
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes of practical training per workshop.
- Group Size: Covers up to 30 participants per session.
- Trainers: Led by a Head Coach (Kru) or Senior Instructor with 1-2 assistant fighters for floor management.
- Venue: Conducted at the client's location (office, campus, or community hall). Venue arrangement is the client's responsibility.
Core Curriculum
- Striking: Instruction on Muay Thai '8 Limbs' mechanics, focusing on elbows and knees for close-quarter defense.
- Grappling: BJJ-based techniques to escape wrist grabs, collar chokes, and hair pulls.
- Simulations: Situational drills focusing on aggression management and exit routes.
- Conditioning: Includes a 15-20 minute warm-up and physical readiness test.
Equipment
- Gear: Provider brings focus mitts and kick shields for impact striking practice.
- Certificates: Participation certificates provided upon completion.
Private Street Ready Course (1 Month)
Schedule & Structure
- Format: 1-on-1 private coaching.
- Volume: 12 sessions total, typically scheduled as 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Trainer: Dedicated State or National level competitor coach.
Training Modules
- Technique: Customized mix of Boxing (striking), Muay Thai (clinch), and Wrestling (takedown defense) tailored to participant build.
- Sparring: Controlled light sparring and pressure testing to simulate confrontation adrenaline.
- Conditioning: Functional fitness using tires, battle ropes, and bodyweight drills.
Support Extras
- Analysis: Video recording of drills for visual form correction.
- Nutrition: Basic dietary guidance to support recovery during the training month.

What We Do
At Thunder Martial Arts, I keep it simple - no flashy moves, just real-world self-defense. Students call me Anna, and I make sure nobody leaves my workshops with only theory. Everything I teach is tested in real fights and works under pressure.
Our Approach
- My workshops use Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These are what my fighters use when the stakes are high.
- No textbook kata or "movie stunts" - just practical martial arts for safety. I focus on skills that help you stay safe, not just look good.
Who Can Join
- School and college students: I run large group programs like RAKSHANE (Protection), especially for self-defense for women workshops.
- Corporate teams: Our corporate self-defense training is all about building confidence and keeping your team secure.
- Families and individuals: Men, women, and kids - everyone’s welcome at our Vidyaranyapura gym. You can join group self-defense classes or go for one-on-one sessions if you want more focus.
