Skills That Actually Work

Street fights can get messy - no rules, no second chances. We train in what really works, picking techniques from Krav Maga, MMA, BJJ, kickboxing, and street fighting methods. If it’s useful, we use it. This way, you’re ready for unpredictable situations, not just theory.

Who Can Train

Everyone can learn self-defense. Our programs fit all ages and backgrounds:

  • For women, we focus on women's self-protection strategies, practical moves to handle hair grabs, ground defense, and more. You’ll learn how to turn panic into smart action.
  • Kids get anti-bullying training for kids, with safety tips, confidence drills, and fun lessons that teach them to stay strong and alert.
  • We also run corporate personal safety workshops for offices. These sessions help build confidence, awareness, and a safety-first mindset at work.

How We Train

You can join group classes at our academy, book personal sessions, or even train at home if you’re in Bengaluru. Flexibility is key.

My Story

Hey, we’re Team NMFA - Coach Praba here leading the pack. Martial arts isn’t just our work, it’s our heartbeat. I’ve got my golds and black belt, sure, but nothing beats watching our little champs, even the tiny ones, grow and win. We’re not just an academy, we’re a family. Every time someone walks out of a self-defense workshop feeling stronger, that’s the win we chase. Champions aren’t born, they’re made - one try at a time.

My Work

Martial Arts & Fitness Training - Karate, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Boxing, MMA, Krav Maga, BJJ, Nunchuck, Taichi, plus weight loss martial arts program.

Classes for All Ages - Kids from 4, adults too. Group, personal, and home training available. No age bar, just energy.

Champion Mindset - We train for tournaments - Kata, Kumite. Our students win medals, but grit matters most.

Practical Self Defense Training - Real-world self-defense for men and women. Build confidence, stay safe out there.

Strength & Conditioning for Fighters - Focused workouts for martial artists. Get strong, stay fit, train smart.
