I started Kia Kaha MMA and Fitness because feeling safe shouldn’t be a luxury. If you want more than just another workout, you’re in the right place. My self-defense programs give you skills you can actually use when it counts.
Beginner Friendly, No Stress
Most people here have zero experience - honestly, you’re not alone if you’ve never thrown a punch. I keep things simple in the beginning. You’ll learn how to stand strong, move with purpose, and spot trouble before it finds you. We move at your pace, and nobody gets left behind.

My Story
We started Kia Kaha because we were tired of gyms that felt like a chore. Kia Kaha means 'stay strong' in Maori, and that’s our thing. Not just muscles, but guts, confidence, and bouncing back when life smacks you. Our place isn’t scary or fancy, it’s just real people, beginners mostly, finding their groove. You come in stressed, leave feeling like you can take on anything. That’s our vibe, every single day.
My Work
Our Training - We run MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and self-defense classes. No two days are the same.
Beginner Friendly - Most folks are new. We teach from scratch. You don’t need to be fit, just show up.
Community Vibe - It’s more than a gym. The energy here lifts you up. Coaches push, support, and make it fun.
Flexible Timings - Morning or evening, we’ve got classes at Koramangala, Indiranagar, Sarjapur-Marathahalli, JP Nagar.
