Pricing Guide
Quarterly Foundation Program (Amateur)
Training Logistics
- Duration: 90 days access.
- Frequency: Capped at 3 sessions per week (approx. 36 sessions total).
- Location: Restricted to one home center (Choice of JP Nagar, Indiranagar, Sarjapur, or Koramangala).
Street Ready Curriculum
- Striking: Fundamentals of Boxing and Muay Thai, including stance work, 1-2 combos, and heavy bag drills.
- Grappling: Introduction to BJJ for self-defense, specifically getting up from the ground and releasing wrist grabs.
- Drills: Situational awareness and pad work. Note that this tier does not include hard sparring.
Facility Usage
- Equipment: Access to heavy bags, speed balls, and strength conditioning area (kettlebells/tires).
- Assessment: Includes one initial fitness and body composition check.
Quarterly Intensive Program (Pro)
Advanced Logistics
- Frequency: Unlimited access allowing training up to 7 sessions per week.
- Roaming: Access included for 2 different centers (ideal for commuting between work and home).
- Digital: Includes access to online conditioning classes.
Fight Ready Curriculum
- Sparring: Weekly full-contact sessions to test skills against resisting opponents (Supervised).
- Technique: Advanced Wrestling/Judo takedowns and submission offense (Armbars, Chokes).
- Strategy: Training on ring generalship and managing distance in physical altercations.
Essentials
- Coaching: Higher frequency of attendance allows for priority attention during open mats.
- Gear: Users are expected to bring personal hygiene gear (wraps/gumshield) for sparring.
Monthly Starter Plan

- Duration: 30 days validity.
- Frequency: Capped at 12 classes (3 per week).
- Access: Restricted to a single center only.
Program Scope
- Goal: Strictly an introductory phase to test gym hygiene and coaching style.
- Limitations: Duration is insufficient to build muscle memory reflexes (like instinctive blocking) available in the quarterly structures.
- Ideal For: Short-term travelers or users requiring a trial period before committing to a longer term.

Beginner Friendly, No Stress
Most people here have zero experience - honestly, you’re not alone if you’ve never thrown a punch. I keep things simple in the beginning. You’ll learn how to stand strong, move with purpose, and spot trouble before it finds you. We move at your pace, and nobody gets left behind.

My Story
We started Kia Kaha because we were tired of gyms that felt like a chore. Kia Kaha means 'stay strong' in Maori, and that’s our thing. Not just muscles, but guts, confidence, and bouncing back when life smacks you. Our place isn’t scary or fancy, it’s just real people, beginners mostly, finding their groove. You come in stressed, leave feeling like you can take on anything. That’s our vibe, every single day.
My Work
Our Training - We run MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and self-defense classes. No two days are the same.
Beginner Friendly - Most folks are new. We teach from scratch. You don’t need to be fit, just show up.
Community Vibe - It’s more than a gym. The energy here lifts you up. Coaches push, support, and make it fun.
Flexible Timings - Morning or evening, we’ve got classes at Koramangala, Indiranagar, Sarjapur-Marathahalli, JP Nagar.
