I don't teach cardio classes that look good on Instagram. We focus on real power, timing, and mechanics—the kind of striking that actually works in a fight.

Here, I am working on pad drills with a student, focusing on power and speed. You will learn how to generate force in your punches and kicks, building the muscle memory needed for effective striking in a real self-defense situation.
