About this collection

What You Will Master

Our curriculum breaks down the complex world of grappling into actionable steps:

  • Positional Dominance: Learn how to hold your ground, transition from side control to mount, and keep your opponent where you want them.
  • Submission Mechanics: Master armlocks, leg locks, and chokes. We focus on the biomechanics so you understand why a submission works, not just how to execute it.
  • Defensive Escapes: The first skill to learn is how to get out of trouble. We drill mount escapes and guard recovery until they become muscle memory.
  • Takedowns and Throws: Use wrestling and Judo-based takedowns to force the fight to the mat on your terms.

The Training Environment

We train in a 2000 sq ft warehouse space outfitted with high-impact EVA puzzle mats. It is not a luxury gym with AC, and that is by design. The air is thick with sweat and hard work. Our sessions combine technical instruction with active, controlled sparring. We record drills and provide real-time feedback, ensuring you aren't just going through the motions but actually refining your technique. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will find partners who push you and coaches who correct your form.
