About this collection
We don't just drill moves in isolation. Whether it's a wrestling double-leg takedown or a BJJ armbar, you learn the mechanics of why they work from coaches who use these techniques in the cage. It is hands-on, sweaty, and technical, giving you the control to dictate where the fight happens.
Ground game is the great equalizer. In our wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, we focus on the fundamentals of positioning, leverage, and submission defense. If you are new to the mat, we start history from scratch, breaking down complex entries 'aaram se' (slowly and carefully) so you build a solid foundation without feeling overwhelmed.
