About Additional Poses & Studio Moments
Our studio in Sector 39, Noida, is set up for both safety and comfort. We use high-strength silk hammocks that are cleaned regularly, and the artificial turf flooring provides a forgiving landing space if you are just finding your balance. Whether you are nervous about your first inversion or already flow with ease, we keep class sizes small (8 to 12 students) so I can personally check your rigging and form.
Aerial yoga is about more than just looking cool on social media. It is about decompressing your spine and using the hammock as a trusted partner. When you see our students in these photos, notice that we are not just focused on peak poses. We prioritize the 'in-between'—the strengthening of the stabilizer muscles and the gentle release of tension in the shoulders and hips.
What to expect at our sessions:
- Safety First: We always start with floor-based stretches to warm up your muscles. Only once you feel comfortable with the silk do we move to supported inversions.
- Is it for me? If you have back pain, the hammock is a game-changer. It helps elongate the spine without putting pressure on your joints, which is exactly why many of our desk-bound professionals in Noida start here.
- Studio Culture: We are not a silent, strict yoga school. Expect to hear laughter, see friends helping each other with knots, and plenty of high-fives after a successful drop.
- What to wear: Bring comfortable leggings and a top that covers your underarms (for comfort in the hammock). We provide the mats and the gear. Just bring yourself and a willingness to try something new. Chalo, udte hain!
