About Build Strength, Find Your Flow

The beauty of the hammock is that it acts as your personal support system, letting you attempt poses that feel impossible on a standard yoga mat. Whether you are a total beginner or just looking to add a fresh challenge to your fitness, I guide you through every inversion, ensuring you feel stable and secure before you ever lift your feet off the ground.
