I’m not just a coach sitting on the sidelines. I’ve competed, ranked 2nd Fittest in India (35-39), hit top spots in the 2024 CrossFit Open, and raced Hyrox events. Credentials? I’ve earned them out there, not just in books.

For Hyrox, I use my own race experience to get you ready. We train running intervals mixed with functional strength, working on endurance and smooth transitions.
Discipline beats passion, every time. I push athletes to build habits and mental strength - because you need grit when it hurts and the pressure’s on.
Mobility is non-negotiable. We stick to a solid protocol before workouts and on rest days. And you won’t be alone - our community’s always there to cheer you on, chalo, let’s get stronger together.
