Why I Coach
For me, fitness isn’t just a job - it’s my obsession. I’ve fought for every bit of progress I have (jeevna purthi hoddadde). When you train with me, you’ll see I believe in doing the work and showing up, day after day. No shortcuts, no magic fixes. Just sweat, grit, and a bit of fun.
How We Train Together
You want results? I offer:
- One-on-one sessions in Bengaluru (Banashankari gym). We work on your goals, whether it’s dropping fat, bulking up, or just moving better. I’ll fix your form, cheer you on, and spot you for big lifts.
- Online workout plans for those outside Bengaluru or who want flexibility. I’ll design a program you can actually stick to, whether you train at a gym or at home.
- Couples fitness training if you want to team up with your partner. It’s honestly more fun and keeps you both accountable.
What I’m Good At
- Body transformation coach - I’ve helped people totally change their look and feel. I know what it takes because I’ve done it myself.
- Strength and conditioning program - Building real strength is where we start. We’ll cover basics like squats and deadlifts (I squat 140kgs, deadlift 180kgs), plus stuff like core work and athletic drills.
- Powerlifting technique guidance - If you want to get strong, I’ll teach you the right way.

Hey, I’m Laxman. Born and raised in Bangalore, I’m all about fitness and living life king-size. Karnataka hridaya shiva! (Shiva in the heart of Karnataka) I’m happiest on my bike, hanging out with my folks, or celebrating with friends during Holi or Diwali. Gym time, family time, festival time - all matter. I believe in collecting moments, not things. And yeah, don’t forget to smile, always.
