Single Drop-In Session
Session Components

- Full WOD Access: Participation in the daily 60 to 90 minute group class covering warm-up, skill/strength work, and high-intensity conditioning.
- Real-Time Feedback: Instant tactile and verbal cues to correct lifting mechanics during the session.
Facility Access
- Equipment: Use of competition-grade Get RXd rigs, Concept2 rowers, and bearing barbells.
- Amenities: Access to AC workout floor, showers, and changing rooms immediately post-session.
Quarterly Athletic Training Program
Training Structure
- Complete Mesocycle: A 90-day structured training block aimed at specific gains in major lifts (e.g., Deadlift, Snatch).
- Daily Programming: Access to metabolic conditioning (MetCon) and strength intervals designed for cardiovascular endurance.
- Mobility Protocols: Guided drills using resistance bands and PVC pipes for joint health and injury prevention.

- My style is hands-on, with a focus on explosive power training and Olympic lifting technique. Think snatch, clean & jerk, squats, and deadlifts - but with the kind of attention to detail that makes every rep count.
- You’ll hear me say things like “ek aur aayega” (one more is coming) to push your limits during those tough METCON and plyometric sessions.

I have deep experience with track and field coaching, especially throwing events like shot put and discus. I’ve trained national-level athletes, including Seema Punia-Antil. Here, it’s not just about lifting - it’s about refining your technique on and off the field.

This isn’t a quick fix. We build skills, resilience, and technique that last. You’ll get constant feedback - “jaldi mat kar” (don’t rush), “pakad ke rakhiye position!” (hold the position!) - until perfect form is second nature. The journey’s long, but worth it.

My Story
So, this is me. All I know is coaching, training, and loving every bit of it. My old programming diary just finished—10 years of sweat and scribbles, kinda emotional to let it go. BodhXfit isn’t just a gym, yaar, it’s a community. We build muscle, yes, but more than that, we build confidence. Training here is about finding your weak spots and working through them together. Got to help Seema Punia-Antil prep for Asian track & field—big moment. Seeing folks smash goals, that’s my high.
