About

I’m Sheri, and I see discipline as self-care. I show up for myself even on the rough days, and I’ll ask you to do the same. Movement isn’t punishment - it’s a celebration. We work on building a strong mind-muscle connection, because real strength is born in your head before your muscles.

What 'Tagda' Feels Like

To be tagda (strong) isn’t just about muscles. It’s that rush when you lift more than you thought you could, or break through a mental block. I want you to feel fearless, turning weaknesses into strengths you’re actually proud of.

How We Build Strength Together

  • We start with basics: barbell squats, push-ups, pull-ups. These help your bones, metabolism, and posture.
  • Functional fitness for daily life is a big deal here. I use traditional Indian strength training with tools like gada (mace) and mudgar (clubs) to build coordination and power. Animal Flow sessions boost your mobility and stamina.
  • No gym? Cool. I’ll set up personalized bodyweight workouts, with moves like dand (push-up), baithak (squat), and beast holds. All you need is your body.

For Women Warriors

Lifting won’t make you bulky, sach bolu toh (truth be told). You’ll build lean muscle, not mass, and feel confident. I’ll help you eat right and train smart.

Starting Out or Bouncing Back

If you’re new or recovering, we go slow. Light weights, perfect form, and listening to your body. Been through injuries myself - you’re not alone.

Our Vibe

My space is all about encouragement and zero judgment. Celebrate small wins, fight silent battles, and grow without comparison. You in?

My Story

Hey, I’m Sheri. I used to talk to myself, thought that was weird, turns out it’s just me being me. Was sporty in school, but lost in the crowd, no guide. Camera-shy too, but kept showing up till confidence kicked in. Sprained my ankle once, that’s when fitness got real for me. Living with fibromyalgia, then racing Hyrox - wild, right? Found peace in the Himalayas, trekking, feeling tiny but alive. Still learning to move through life, one step at a time.

My Work

What I teach - Spin, Barre, Animal Flow, strength, plus Indian Gada and Samtola workouts.

Why I train - Exercise lifts my mood, calms my mind. I want you to feel that mental high too.

Class style - Spin classes with festival vibes, music pumping, energy up. We move for the love of it.

Progress, not numbers - Forget the scale. Let’s focus on how you feel and what your body can do.

Go slow, show up - Consistency is key. No rush, no perfect timeline. Every day counts, even tough ones.
