- Lifestyle transformation: Want to get healthier? We'll build a routine with activity, clean eating, and even help you find that one sport you actually love. My own 10-year journey proves it works.
- Strength & discipline: Strength training's for everyone, not just pros. We'll focus on real movements, both old-school and bodyweight - squats, presses, pull-ups, even dragon flags if you're game. I push for a gym culture of discipline (adhu ondu culture aagi ellarigu barbeku - that should become the norm).
