Strength is the foundation. This is me working through a clean complex, finishing at 102.5 kg. My coaching focuses on building this kind of power with precise technique, ensuring you can handle heavy loads safely and efficiently when it counts.
Advanced skills like the ring muscle-up don't happen by accident; they are built through consistent practice. My philosophy is about getting 1% better every day, and I guide my athletes through the progressions needed to master complex gymnastics movements.
