About Community & Team Training
Training in a group is not just about sharing space, it is about scaling intensity to your exact level. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you get real-time form correction from me and encouragement from the group. You are never left to guess if your movement is safe or effective.
The energy of a group session changes everything. When you are struggling through a tough set, having a teammate alongside you makes you push harder than you would alone. We don't believe in magic shortcuts here. We believe in showing up, putting in the work, and staying accountable to the people around you.
At both CrossFit 9one in Koramangala and DIRE CrossFit in Rajouri Garden, we focus on safe, functional movements. I ensure every workout is scaled so you get the right stimulus for your fitness level. You won't be guessing the weights or the reps. I am there to watch your mechanics, manage your fatigue, and ensure you finish the session better than you started.
This community is about more than just sweat. It is about building better humans. We support each other, celebrate small wins, and keep the ego at the door.
