Fitness isn't just a box I tick each day. For me, it's about showing up for my family, staying true to myself, and living out my values. I don’t chase medals or applause. I’m here to be a better coach, father, husband, and man. It’s about the grind, even on days I feel like skipping. One day at a time, bas ab aage badhte raho (just keep moving forward).

How I Coach

I keep things simple and strict. First, I teach you how to move right. Mechanics come first, always. Then we repeat those movements till they feel natural. Only after that do we turn up the heat with intensity. This way, you get stronger and fitter, but don’t get sidelined by injuries. We’re building for the long run.

What Happens In Class

Each session is different. Expect to work on:

  • Raw functional strength training with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells
  • Olympic lifting technique for Snatch and Clean & Jerk
  • Bodyweight movements like muscle-ups, handstands, rope climbs. Don’t stress if you’re new. Everything is scalable to your level.
  • Mobility and recovery routines to keep you moving and injury-free

My Story

Hey, I’m Rohit. My life is all about family, fitness, faith, and service. My son pushes me to get up, grind, and keep showing up. The dad bod? I want it strong, not just for me but for my people. Was ranked 2nd fittest in India for my age, but honestly, being a good dad and husband is bigger. I’m not perfect, never will be, but I’m here, putting in the work, grateful, every single day.
