Monthly Group CrossFit Classes
Facility & Training
- Access Frequency: Options ranging from 3 classes per week (Lower Range) to unlimited 6 days per week access including Open Gym (Higher Range).
- The 60-Minute Session: Includes whiteboard brief, coach-led mobility warmup, strength/skill block (20 mins), and high-intensity WOD.
- Premium Equipment: Usage of Bullrock/Rogue bumper plates, Concept2 Rowers, SkiErgs, Assault Bikes, and gymnastics rigs.
- Performance Tracking: Access to digital apps like Wodify or SugarWOD to log scores and track Personal Records.

My Purpose
Fitness isn't just a box I tick each day. For me, it's about showing up for my family, staying true to myself, and living out my values. I don’t chase medals or applause. I’m here to be a better coach, father, husband, and man. It’s about the grind, even on days I feel like skipping. One day at a time, bas ab aage badhte raho (just keep moving forward).
How I Coach
I keep things simple and strict. First, I teach you how to move right. Mechanics come first, always. Then we repeat those movements till they feel natural. Only after that do we turn up the heat with intensity. This way, you get stronger and fitter, but don’t get sidelined by injuries. We’re building for the long run.
What Happens In Class
Each session is different. Expect to work on:
- Raw functional strength training with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells
- Olympic lifting technique for Snatch and Clean & Jerk
- Bodyweight movements like muscle-ups, handstands, rope climbs. Don’t stress if you’re new. Everything is scalable to your level.
- Mobility and recovery routines to keep you moving and injury-free
