I never liked running, honestly. Finishing a 10k felt impossible until I just stuck to showing up and put in the work. CrossFit gave me a fitness base, but running taught me patience. Now, I coach because I know what it feels like to dread every step—and what it feels like to cross that finish line.

How I Coach

My style is straight up: effort over excuses.

  • Mindset first, always. If you don't believe you can run, you won't.
  • We chase progress, not perfection. There’ll be tough days.
  • Being consistent matters more than big heroic sessions once in a while.

What Training Looks Like

I’m not here just to help you rack up miles.

  • We’ll nail your running form and mix in conditioning so you get stronger, not just faster.
  • I care a lot about running injury prevention, so we’ll work on mobility and simple pre-run routines.
  • If you’ve got a race in mind (like a 10k), we’ll build a plan from scratch. 10k race preparation is one of my favourite things.

Not Running Alone

Jo bhi hai, group ka mazaa alag hi hai (the fun in a group is just different). My Run Club is open for those who want to train with others. You’ll get support, banter, and accountability.

My Story

Hey, I’m Rohit. My life is all about family, fitness, faith, and service. My son pushes me to get up, grind, and keep showing up. The dad bod? I want it strong, not just for me but for my people. Was ranked 2nd fittest in India for my age, but honestly, being a good dad and husband is bigger. I’m not perfect, never will be, but I’m here, putting in the work, grateful, every single day.
