Motivation gets you started, but discipline keeps you moving. I help you build the mental toughness and habits that last, focusing on purpose rather than quick fixes.

I will never be perfect, but I will never stop trying to be a good coach, father, husband, and man. It takes grind, sacrifice, and consistency to be a role model.

My rockstar. Being a fit and strong father is one of my biggest motivations. I train to be a better role model for my son.
