Competitive CrossFit and Hyrox Coaching
The arena doesn't lie. I compete to keep my skills sharp, testing my own limits in CrossFit Opens and Hyrox races before I ask you to push yours.
The finish line of a Hyrox race, completely spent but supported by my team. This is the culmination of months of dedicated training, a moment that shows the power of endurance and community.
A moment of celebration on the podium. Competing isn't just about winning; it's about testing your limits and proving to yourself what you're capable of.
Focused and pushing the pace during the Nandi Hills Monsoon Run. Endurance events like this are a core part of my training philosophy, building the engine required for competitive fitness.
The start of the Nandi Hills run, surrounded by fellow competitors. Every race is an opportunity to put my training to the test in a real world environment.
Posing with my training partners after the run. We go far because we go together. The community aspect is vital for pushing through tough challenges.
The medal is a symbol of the hard work. This video captures the essence of showing up and giving your all, even when the conditions are tough.

Ringing the bell at the finish line. This is the feeling of accomplishment we train for, the reward for all the hours of hard work.
Finishing the final workout of the 2024 CrossFit Open, with my son watching. This moment captures my dual commitment to being a competitive athlete and a dedicated father.
Embracing the suffering during Open workout 24.2. This 20-minute test of rowing, deadlifts, and double unders was a battle of pacing and mental fortitude.
About My Competitive Edge: CrossFit & Hyrox
If you want to compete, you need more than just a workout plan. You need to understand how to pace a 20-minute row, how to maintain your grip when the barbell feels heavy, and how to stay calm when your heart rate hits the red zone. I coach you through the strategy, the transitions, and the mental grit required to perform when the pressure is on.
Strategy Over Guesswork
Competition fitness is not about going to failure every day. It is about understanding your energy systems and knowing exactly when to push and when to pull back. Whether you are prepping for a CrossFit Open workout or a Hyrox race, my programming focuses on:
- Pacing & Energy Zones: We build your engine using specific heart rate training and interval plans so you do not gas out halfway through a workout.
- Technical Proficiency: We break down Olympic lifts and advanced gymnastics like ring muscle-ups into manageable movements, ensuring your form holds up under fatigue.
- Hyrox Specifics: I use my own race experience to train your running mechanics and transitions between functional stations.
Remote or In-Person
I offer two ways to train. My remote programming is ideal if you need a goal-driven plan with bi-weekly strategy calls and video analysis of your lifts. If you are in Koramangala or Rajouri Garden, we can train in-person at our affiliated facilities, where I provide real-time form correction and safety spotting for high-risk movements.
Discipline Beats Passion
Results do not come from magic tricks. They come from consistency. We will follow a non-negotiable mobility protocol to keep you injury-free, and I will push you to build the habits that make you a better athlete—and a better person—outside the gym as well. Let’s get to work.
