I’m Rajneesh, national-level bodybuilder and coach, with 20 years in the game. If you’re ready to compete, I’ll help you get stage-ready, no shortcuts and no drama.
Training Style
Mera tarika thoda old school hai (my style is a bit old school). No ego lifting, only proper form and technique. I focus on mind-muscle connection and those chote-chote rectifications (small tweaks) that boost results without injury. You’ll get a mix of classic bodybuilding routines and targeted work for muscle symmetry.
