About Boxing Coaching

Why I Coach

Boxing is not just about throwing punches for me. It’s about finding your own sukoon (peace) through sweat and discipline. I’m not into big talk or showing off. I believe in hard work, simple living, and getting stronger every day.

What Training Looks Like

  • I’m NIS certified, so my training is structured but not boring. We start with basics - your stance, footwork, and every punch, from jab to uppercut.
  • Defense is as important as attack. We’ll drill slipping, ducking, and blocking till you don’t have to think about it.
  • Once you’re comfortable, we mix things up with pad work combinations and controlled sparring. That’s where you build real ring sense.
  • Strength and conditioning for boxers is a big part of my sessions. Expect kettlebells, tires, sleds, and more. No shortcuts.

How We Train

  • Personal training for those who want full focus.
  • Group classes if you like energy and competition.
  • Online coaching for those who can’t come to the gym.

Who Can Join

Anyone who’s serious. Men, women, kids - doesn’t matter if you’re here for fitness, self-defense boxing training, or just to learn something new.

Where We Train

My gym in Noida (Sector 137) has everything - boxing ring, MMA cage, punching bags, and all the gear we need. No fancy frills, just what works.

My Story

Ram ram ladle, I’m Coach Pushpraj. Fitness and boxing, that’s my life, not just some timepass. Got my certificate from NIS, because asli kaam (real work) needs proper training. You get one life, boss, so make it count. My 'sukoon' is chilling with family and sweating it out in training. I’m desi at heart, proud Indian, and I find my strength in our roots and this sport.
