True fitness is earned, not bought. My approach is rooted in the science-based coaching I received at the National Institute of Sports (NIS) in Patiala. When you train with me, you are not just getting a workout. You are learning the fundamental mechanics of boxing, from the correct on-guard stance to complex defensive maneuvers like slipping and blocking.
I keep my gym in Sector 137, Noida, straightforward. You will not find fancy machines or air-conditioning, but you will find everything a serious athlete needs to grow. We use heavy hanging bags, speed balls, and functional gear like tires and sleds because that is what builds a fighter.
Whether you are a complete beginner looking to get in shape or someone wanting to sharpen their sparring skills, I provide the structure you need. I offer personal training for focused technique correction, group classes for high-energy motivation, and even online guidance. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to train you.
