Learn Boxing Fundamentals from Day 1 in Noida

Day 1: We start with the absolute foundation of boxing, the 'on-guard' stance. I show you how to position your feet and hold your hands to protect yourself and prepare to punch.
Day 2: Building on the stance, we learn the forward step. This drill teaches you how to move towards your opponent while maintaining balance and keeping your guard up.
Day 3: Here, I demonstrate how to throw a left punch (jab) while stepping forward. This is a crucial technique for controlling distance and setting up other punches.
Day 4: Now we add the right punch (cross). This video focuses on generating power from your body rotation while maintaining a solid stance.
Day 5: Let's put it together. This lesson is about throwing the basic left-right punch combination, a fundamental skill for any boxer.
Day 6: Introducing the left hook. I break down the body mechanics of throwing a powerful hook, focusing on hip and shoulder rotation.
Day 7: This is the right hook. We work on the technique for your power hand, ensuring you can deliver it effectively without losing your balance.
Day 8: Learning the left uppercut. This is a powerful punch for close-range fighting, and I show you how to execute it correctly from your guard.
Day 9: This session combines all the punches we've learned so far: jab, cross, hooks, and uppercuts. It's a great drill for shadow boxing and building muscle memory.
Day 10: A review of fundamental footwork and stance. A strong base is everything in boxing, so we constantly revisit and perfect it.

Most people walk into a gym and immediately start hammering the heavy bag. That is a mistake. My approach starts with the boring stuff: your on-guard stance, your balance, and how you distribute your weight. If your base is weak, your punch will have zero power. I teach you how to stand properly before I ever ask you to throw a serious jab.
Boxing is a science. If you just swing your arms, you are not boxing, you are just tired. This cluster covers the exact curriculum I use with my students at the Noida Sector 137 facility. We start from the absolute ground up. You will learn the 'on-guard' stance, the pivot, and the proper way to breathe when you throw a punch.
We don't skip steps. You will spend time mastering the jab, then the cross, and eventually hooks and uppercuts. It looks simple on video, but when you are in the ring or facing the pads, you realize how much precision matters. I also focus heavily on defense. You will learn slipping, ducking, and parrying, because boxing is about hitting without getting hit.
