Boxing Pad Work and Controlled Sparring
Real technique is built in the ring. Whether you are sharpening your combinations on the pads or learning to spar with control, this is where we turn effort into results.

About In the Ring: Pad Work & Sparring
Pad work isn't just about swinging at my gloves. It’s the closest you get to a real fight without taking the hit. I watch your hips, your stance, and how you breathe. If your guard drops even an inch, we stop and correct it. We do this until your body reacts before your mind even thinks about the punch.
Many people go to a gym and just wave their arms at a bag. That isn't boxing; that is just sweating. When we step into the ring, everything changes.
My approach is built on my NIS certification—it is about biomechanics and ring craft. When we do pad work, I am looking for your pivot on the hook, the snap in your jab, and your distance management. If your feet are wrong, your punch will have no power. We fix the foundation first, then we layer on the combinations.
Why Controlled Sparring Matters
Sparring is not a street fight. It is a classroom. I oversee all sparring sessions to ensure they remain controlled and technical. This is where you learn to see an opening, block a strike, and manage your breathing under pressure. You don't need to get hurt to get better; you need to get smart.
Facility and Standards
We train at my facility in Sector 137, Noida. It is a no-frills environment with a boxing ring, MMA cage, and proper flooring. It is raw, it is clean, and it is focused entirely on the sport. Whether you are here for self-defense or just to build the kind of strength that only comes from fight conditioning, the ring is where you earn your progress.
