Logistics & Setup
- Travel Included: Trainer travels to client's premise (Home, Apartment Gym, Terrace) or nearby public park across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad.
- Portable Gear Provided: Trainer brings a backpack kit including curved focus mitts for striking, plastic agility cones, and resistance bands.
- Space Adaptation: Workouts are customized to utilize available infrastructure like park benches for step-ups or terrace walls for support.
Functional Combat Workout (60 Mins)
- Cardio & Agility: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) using cone drills and jump ropes.
- Striking Drills: 1-on-1 pad work focusing on combinations where the trainer absorbs impact using Thai pads or mitts.
- Strength Conditioning: Calisthenics (pushups, squats, lunges) and manual resistance drills using partner body weight.
- Situational Defense: Practical self-defense techniques suited for open environments.
Support & Guidance
- Scheduling: Priority slot booking adapted to work/school timings.
- Nutrition: General advice based on traditional Indian wrestling/athlete diets (home-cooked meals, milk, almonds).

Facility Resources
- Location: Session held at Warrior Fight Club, IP Colony, Faridabad.
- Infrastructure: Usage of professional 25mm EVA interlocking floor mats for safe falling/grappling and ceiling-mounted 4-6ft heavy bags for power development.
- Environment: Non-air-conditioned, raw "Akhada" style setting focused on high-intensity training.
Core Training Module (60 Mins)
- Warm-up: Dynamic routing including joint rotations and shadow boxing.
- Technical Instruction: Focused coaching in one discipline per session (Boxing/Kickboxing stance and mechanics, Taekwondo high kicks, or MMA/Grappling takedowns).
- Heavy Equipment Work: Power striking on heavy bags and intense rounds on focus mitts.
- Conditioning Finisher: 10-15 minute bodyweight circuits (Pushups, Burpees, Crunches).
Amenities
- Gear: Provision of loaner boxing gloves (10oz - 14oz) and shin guards.
- Analysis: Video recording of sparring or drills for technique correction.

Combat & Strength Coaching
- Boxing, kickboxing, Taekwondo, MMA - I teach techniques from scratch or mix things up, depending on what you want
- Self-defense for beginners: Real-world skills for men, women, kids. I even teach Kalaripayattu (traditional Indian martial arts)
- Functional strength training: Deadlifts, explosive drills, agility work. I’ve seen kids hit 75kg deadlift with my methods

My Story
Namaste, I’m Anish Kumar. Taekwondo athlete, coach, and honestly, a fighter at heart. Training is my zindagi, but when I get a break, you’ll catch me trekking up Tungnath or chilling in Kedarnath. Har Har Mahadev! Nature keeps my mind fresh, and I believe life’s a paheli (puzzle) - you gotta keep fighting and figuring it out. I’m a bit Bihari Babu too, love my bike rides and adda with friends. Dream big, live wild, that’s me.

Flexible Training Locations - Based in Delhi NCR. We train outdoors, at my gym, or I can come to your place. Outdoor martial arts training is my thing.
