Here are some snippets from my handstands and hip mobility workshop in Mumbai. It was a great day of breaking down complex movements and building them back up with a curious and committed group. I love sharing what I've learned over the years.

Learning to balance on your hands is a playful alternative to traditional strength training. At Troop HQ, our Handstands and Mobility classes are limited to six members to ensure everyone gets personalized attention. This is the perfect setting to start your journey or refine your skills.

A quiet moment of discussion in the gym. I believe it's not just about the workout, but about how you show up at work and in life. Your actions today shape the person you become tomorrow.

A look back at the Motionauts 2023 training intensive in Bali. It was an incredible week of being coached by some of the best in the world and connecting with people from different cultures, all united by a love for movement.

About Workshops & The Troop Community

We keep our workshops intimate—usually capping at 6 to 12 people—so I can actually walk around, adjust your form, and give you tactile cues. It is not a demo where you just watch me; it is a practice where we break down movements like handstands or hip flows until you feel them click in your own body.
