Here are some snippets from my handstands and hip mobility workshop in Mumbai. It was a great day of breaking down complex movements and building them back up with a curious and committed group. I love sharing what I've learned over the years.

Learning to balance on your hands is a playful alternative to traditional strength training. At Troop HQ, our Handstands and Mobility classes are limited to six members to ensure everyone gets personalized attention. This is the perfect setting to start your journey or refine your skills.

About this collection

We keep our workshops intimate—usually capping at 6 to 12 people—so I can actually walk around, adjust your form, and give you tactile cues. It is not a demo where you just watch me; it is a practice where we break down movements like handstands or hip flows until you feel them click in your own body.

My workshops break these down into manageable, bite-sized progressions. We use props, wall drills, and manual spotting to keep you safe while you push your boundaries.
