Handstand Progression: From Wall to Freestanding

Learning a handstand is a systematic process, not a matter of luck. This collection shows the exact drills and progressions I teach, from foundational wall work to achieving a freestanding hold. You will see how to properly perform chest-to-wall holds, toe pulls, and kick-ups, building the strength and body awareness needed to balance on your hands.

Mobility for Strength & Longevity

True flexibility is about having strength and control through your entire range of motion. In this section, I share key drills for improving mobility in the hips, shoulders, and spine. These exercises, including progressions for the pancake stretch and floating pigeon pose, are designed to unlock your movement potential and build a more resilient body.

Advanced Calisthenics: Rings & Planche

This is where we apply our foundational strength to more advanced skills. This cluster showcases my work on gymnastics rings and planche progressions. You will see the specific drills I use to build strength for the muscle-up, such as false grip holds, and the patient process of developing straight-arm strength for the planche.

Workshops & The Troop Community

Fitness is more powerful when it's a shared experience. This gallery gives you a look inside my workshops in Bangalore and Mumbai, and the amazing community of "Troopers" we've built at Troop HQ. You will see the hands-on coaching, the supportive group atmosphere, and the fun we have while putting in the hard work.

The Story of Troop HQ

Troop HQ is more than just a gym; it's a space I built from the ground up to foster sustainable fitness and community. This collection documents the journey of creating our headquarters in Bangalore, from the early construction days to celebrating our milestones. This is the home of the Troop community.

My Personal Training Log
