I’m all about building a body that’s tough and flexible enough to handle life, not just another quick-fix fitness routine. Training with me means focusing on sustainability. No shortcuts or “get ripped fast” nonsense - think more “strong for years” than “sore for days.”

Strength Meets Mobility

We don’t pick sides here. You’ll get stronger with calisthenics flexibility routines and weighted training, but you’re also going to move better. My sessions mix bodyweight basics like push-ups and squats with advanced stuff like handstands. Gymnastics rings, parallettes, kettlebells - we use whatever helps you progress.

I’ve messed up, pushed too hard, and dealt with injuries. Recovery wasn’t about quitting or ignoring pain, but about injury prevention strategies and smart progress. Some drills take forever - my handstand journey took three years. Progress is slow, sometimes frustrating, always worth it.

My Story

We didn’t just want another gym. Troop came from our own search for a place where training feels smart, not punishing. I found my way here after years of CrossFit, three wobbly years learning handstands, and a humbling 10K run. We built Troop HQ during the pandemic—now it’s our home, and every Trooper adds something real. We’re grateful for every rep, every stumble, every win together.
