Build real strength with our functional training and CrossFit sessions. We use kettlebells, ropes, and tires to boost your power, agility, and endurance—the fun way.

Our classes are a mix of different training styles. Here you can see a group doing squats in the functional area while other members use weight machines.

The class begins a full body workout session, starting with warm ups on the mat before moving into more intense exercises.

About Strength & Conditioning: Functional & CrossFit

You won't just lift weights here. Our trainers are constantly circling the functional turf area, watching your form to make sure you're doing those box jumps and kettlebell swings safely. They’ll catch you if your back isn't straight—often with a quick "Leg peeche seedha!" (Keep that leg straight!)—so you build actual strength instead of picking up bad habits.

Why Functional Training?

It’s not just about how you look in the mirror. It’s about how you move in real life. Whether you’re picking up heavy grocery bags, keeping up with your kids, or just want more energy through the day, functional training prepares you for it. We focus on compound movements that recruit multiple muscle groups, burning more calories and building better coordination than isolated machine work.

The Setup

Our Sector 17 studio gives you plenty of space on our dedicated turf area. We rotate the routine to keep it fresh—some days it's CrossFit-inspired circuits with battle ropes and heavy tires, other days it's pure bodyweight HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).

What to Expect in Class

  • Dynamic Warm-ups: We start with movement prep to get your heart rate up and joints ready. No cold starts.
  • Form First: Because we work in groups of 15-25, our coaches use mic-led instructions to guide the flow. They are hands-on, keeping an eye on your posture during squats and burpees.
  • Progression: You don't need to be an athlete to start. If you're a beginner, we scale the weight or intensity. You do the movement at your pace, and our fitfam cheers you on as you improve.
