Our training floor is always dynamic. This session combines explosive boxing drills on the heavy bag with agility work using cones and hurdles, creating a workout that improves both your striking power and your footwork.
The cool down is just as important as the workout itself. We end our sessions with guided stretching to help unlock recovery, improve flexibility, and reduce muscle soreness so you can come back stronger for the next class.
Even the coach gets challenged sometimes. A little friendly competition with the skipping rope is a great way to push each other and have fun while getting a serious cardio workout. It's all part of the grind.
Holding a strong plank is a true test of core strength and determination. Our conditioning workouts are designed to build a solid foundation, helping you get stronger for all your fitness goals and ready for that dream outfit.
Unleash your power with battle ropes. This is one of our favorite high-intensity exercises for building upper body strength, core stability, and cardiovascular endurance all at once. You can feel the intensity in every wave.

Here, the workout doesn't end when you leave the floor. We scale every exercise to where you are right now, not where you think you should be. If you are struggling with a movement, we fix your form until it clicks, and if you need help with your nutrition or stress management, just ask. You show up with consistency, and the rest is my job.

- Community-Led: We call ourselves a fitfam for a reason. You will find people from all walks of life here, including seniors who are deadlifting 70kg and beginners who have never touched a barbell. You are here to challenge yourself, but you are never doing it alone.
