About CrossFit & Functional Fitness
Functional training is often seen as intimidating, but in my sessions, we scale everything. Whether it is a box jump, a barbell lift, or a burpee, we modify the movement to match your current capacity, not some imaginary standard. My goal is to make sure you move well, feel safe, and leave the floor knowing you did more than you thought you could.
Training with Purpose
Functional fitness is about preparing your body for real life. We move through planes of motion that you actually use—pushing, pulling, squatting, and lunging. My approach draws from my background as a National Powerlifter and my journey of recovery from major surgery. I know exactly how it feels to start from scratch after an injury, so we prioritize safe mechanics and progressive overload over ego lifting.
Why the Community Matters
I discovered the power of a fitness community when I needed it most. That is why our workouts focus on energy and camaraderie. You are not just doing a set of reps; you are part of a team. Whether we are tackling a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session or breaking down technical lifts like the squat, bench, and deadlift, the energy in the room changes everything.
My Philosophy
- Consistency over perfection: We work on small habits, not giant leaps. Choti jeet (little wins) are what build long-term strength.
- Move to feel good: If you are scared to start, remember my rule—Bas 5 minute karo (Just do 5 minutes). That is always enough to get going.
- Adaptable coaching: I use CrossFit principles to mix strength, endurance, and agility. We will work around your current fitness level, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your technique for competition.
Strength is built inside and out, through hard work and the right recovery. Let’s get moving.
