- Structure: Open-air industrial shed with high ceilings and corrugated roofing.
- Climate Control: Natural cross-ventilation and industrial wall fans only; no air conditioning.
Membership Terms
- Commitment tiers: Lower price range (2,000 INR) applies to annual or quarterly prepaid plans.
- Rolling contract: Higher price range (5,000 INR) applies to monthly pay-as-you-go payments.

- Technique: Foundation striking (jab-cross mechanics) and defensive guards without head-contact sparring.
- Agility: Coordination drills using agility ladders, monkey bars, and gymnastics rings.

Our Training Style
I teach authentic MMA training, not just bag punching for cardio. Striking, grappling, submissions—you’ll learn everything through drills, pad work, and live sparring. Boxing and kickboxing classes cover proper technique, power, and footwork. If you’re drawn to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, you’ll get hands-on with ground grappling, escapes, and control, all about using leverage, not just muscle.

Whether you’re a newbie, a seasoned athlete, or just want to be ready for life’s surprises, I tailor every session to you. Beginners get a safe space to learn, and women find practical self-defense classes that really empower. For kids, our 'Little Warriors' program builds discipline and keeps them active—no more endless screen time.

My Story
Log gym jaate hain, routine follow karte hain, par result nahi milta. Mujhe laga kuch alag karna chahiye. Isliye Warrior FitFlow shuru kiya - yahan 'warrior' sirf muscles nahi, dimaag bhi strong banta hai. FitFlow matlab movement, mind-body ka proper connection. Hum ek tribe bana rahe hain, jahaan doctors, homemakers sab aate hain, mountains pe training bhi le jate hain. Yahan sirf workout nahi, andar se bhi badalte ho.
